Flowing Inspiration, Hope Flows: Bunal Choy attends 2022 Agusan del Sur State of the Provincial Address of Governor Cane

FarmChoy Reynand Pajaganas Flora along with fellow food growers/producers in Agusan del Sur under the PGAS USAD Program grace the State of the Provincial Address of Gov Santi Cane, Jr morning today July 3, 2023 at the Province of Agusan del Sur capitol. 
 
In his report, Gov Cane recognized the important role of the farmers and the whole.of the agricultural sector in shaping Agusan del Sur's progress.
 
Gov Cane also acknowledges the support of the local government units and the civil society and private organizations in the PGAS efforts in different levels and services.
 
Prior to being known as the Choy nga Farmboy farmer-vlogger, Reynand was a factory worker. During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic he decided to come home, cultivate and develop their small family farm and two small boxes of fishponds.
 
Not much later he was enrolled in the Upland Sustainable Agri-Forestry Development program of the Provincial government and organic agriculture program of the Sibagat Municipality. He is also a recipient of the DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Special Area for Agricultural Development program.
 
Since then, Reynand manages the FLORA Tilapia Hatchery that offers quality fingerlings and tilapia harvests. You may also enjoy your visit to the farm to unwind, unload and refresh.
 
Today, Mr Flora has become a figure of inspiration and hope across generations across the globe.
