UNIFIED POSITION PAPER ON THE BANGSAMORO TRANSITION AUTHORITY (BTA) PARLIAMENT BILL NO. 273 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE BANGSAMORO INDIGENOUS PEOPLES DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 2024

 

We, Non-Moro and Minority Indigenous Peoples (NMIP/MIP) of the Indigenous Political Structures (IPS) of Timuay Justice and Governance (TJG) Kamal, and Menubu Dulangan Tribal Justice and Self Governance composed of Teduray, Lambangian, Erumanen ne Menuvu, Menubu Dulangan, Blaan, Higaonon tribes and the minority Indigenous Peoples of the island provinces of Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi- Tawi composed of Sama Bangingi, Sama Mapun, and Sama Badjao, together with the members of the different Indigenous Peoples Organizations (IPOs), in the exercise of our right to self-determination and to complete and effective participation in policy & decision-making processes, put forward our position paper on the deliberations of the BTA Parliament Bill No. 273 (BTA 273).
