PADAYON KITA NGADTO SA MALAHUTAYON NGA UGMA!
Our beloved Nagkahiusang Mag-uumang Organiko (NAMAO) will celebrate its 10th founding anniversary on September 21, 2024 at P13, Poblacion, Sibagat, Agusan del Sur. A decade of persistence and consistency for a small group of farmers and advocates in town.
Of the same date the Kahugpungan sa Kababayen-an alang sa Kalambuan which was founded on September 8, 2018 will also join to celebrate its 6th founding anniversary.
The 21st of September is observed worldwide annually as International Peace Day and also marked by marine and aquatic biodiversity advocates in the country as national coastal Clean-Up day. Aside from such, for more than 5 decades ago, the date also marked as the declaration of the dark martial law in the country.
Our founding on the 21st for NAMAO is a commitment to interfaith, intercultural, intergenerational and integrated sustainable futures.
As a women organization for development, KKK dreams a healthy family in a healthy society. Independently and or in collaborations, we stand by our advocacies for women empowerment and sustainable futures.
Both NAMAO and KKK now are members of the local movement PALASANG or Panaghiusa sa mga Katawhan alang sa Pagpahiuli sa Lasang as a concrete contribution in the global race against extinction of all species due to the climate crisis. NAMAO and KKK are also active partners of local government in the efforts for ecological development, people's empowerment among other advocacies for sustainable human and social development.
We would like to extend our gratitude to all partner organizations and stakeholders who have supported our advocacy and our journeys till the recent days particularly in upholding the integrity and rights of humans and nature.
Special thanks to Mindanao People's Peace Movement-KM, Kilusang Maralita sa Kanayunan (KILOS KA), Mindanao Tri-People Women Resource and Service Center,, Kaagapay OFW Resource and Service Center, Sumpay Mindanao, TRIPOD-MIHANDS, Timuay Justice and Governance, ALTAHR and the LGU Sibagat for their untiring support.
We believe that through these continued partnerships, we can continue progressing toward the ultimate goals of the organizations.

Salute to all your members and leaders of NAMAO and KKK who have raised the banner for equitable, just and safe food production in Sibagat, Agusan del Sur.
Grassroots organizations like NAMAO and KKK are very important and necessary to save the world against capitalist-driven food production that destroys life, environment and our future. And having you as our network partners in that part of Mindanao is something to be proud of.
We at TRIPOD (and in MIHANDS) have high regards of your commitment to fight for the rights of small farmers, women, youth and the rural poor, in general.
