Theme: "Tambayayong Mindanao (Para sa mga survivors ng Lindol sa Mindanao)
Guided by the spirit of "Tambayayong Mindanao" ALTAHR conducted an Emergency Humanitarian Assistance and Strengthening Community-based protection for Earthquake affected sangil communities. On August 3-4,2026 in the earthquake-affected communities of Barangay Camalian, Bukid and Sugal In Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental and Barangay Mabila , Tinina and Batuganding in Sarangani, Davao Occidental.
The response was mobilized through the dedication and voluntary efforts of Multi-Stakeholders Initiatives for Humanitarian Action Againts Disaster (MIHANDS). Assistance provided included the distribution of rice, food packs , Hygiene kits and mosquito net, as well as Health Ear Detoxification using NADA protocol (5 points), Psychosocial First Aid (PFA), and Kusina Bayanihan.
A total of 175 individuals benefited from the emergency response services and relief assistance.
This humanitarian response was made possible through the support of CCFD and the commitment of our volunteers and partners, reflecting the true meaning of Tambayayong-working together to bring hope, care, and assistance to communities affected by disaster.
